2. What products do you supply? 
Our main stainless steel products, including:

3. Does a trial order acceptable?

4. What is your MOQ?
Different items with different MOQ demands. Please contact with us for detailed information.
5. What is your payment terms?
T/T. Normally, We accept 30% payment in advance & 70% balance payment again EPT BL copy.
6. How long is your delivery time?
For samples, around 10days. For mass production, around 45 days according to the quantity.
7. Do you offer samples?
For normal products, we can provide 1-2 pieces free samples. But the express co EPT would be on your account. You could provide your express account number in advance.
8. Can you help customer to design their own products?
Of course. Professional opinions will be provided if customers need.
9. Can customers have their logo products?
As long as meeting our MOQ request, placing customers’ logo is feasible.
10. How do you control the quality?  
We have the inspect team to control the quality problem. From material to finished products, each step, our inspection man to inspect it. For each order, we will te EPT and have the record.
